Description: when i started working on this layout i decide to use some of Elle's Studios beautiful digital designs. my daughter carley and i love them. the designs are so pretty and easy to print i just kept printing and printing, lol! with this page i used Digital Download: USA, and then i used Print & Create: Patriotic Bags. i printed the bag out first then cut it out and used it as a template and cut the red striped paper so it was scalloped too. i then used the circles form the Digital Download USA and punched out the circles with a scalloped circle punch. i used the A Sweet Summer - Tiny Tags to add the date on another of the USA designs. a little stitching to add color to the white paper and i'm done.
