Newborn Photos

Description: Okay, these are for the thread in the photography forum. I just shot these for a friend last week. The main thing I wanted to show here is how you can acheive selective focus with a SLR. This is very hard, if not impossible on a point and shoot; mainly because of the smaller sensor size on a point and shoot and the lack of interchangable lenses.

Grannyscraps	Lovely photos - it's interesting to me what a different emotional response I get from looking at the B&W vs. the colored photos! (I'm not sure that even makes sense) but, it's like their personalities change! 29-Sep-06

JulieHickey	OH! Ginger, you did so well! Why haven't we seen more of your photos? Truly wonderful. I LOVE the second one you posted with the heart made with the feet and fingers. LOVE that shot! Going to have to try that sometime. What fabric did you use for your backdrop? I really have to go out and look for a black blanket or piece of velvet sometime. 28-Sep-06
