Dawn Hagewood
Hi! My name is Dawn Hagewood, I am 29 years old, and I live in Virginia about 30 minutes outside of Washington, DC. I have been married for 7 wonderful years and have two sons, Dawson who is 2 1/2 years old and Dylan who is 9 months old. The two of them definitely keep me on my feet! I also work as a Technology Resource Teacher at a middle school.
I began scrapping about 2 years ago when a co-worker brought in her scrapbooks to share. I was immediately drawn to them and knew this is how I wanted to preserve memories for my children. It quickly turned into an obsessive hobby and has lead me to many wonderful friendships, both online and in my community. I love scrapping multi-photo layouts and think my style is fairly linear.
I have been a member at KMA for almost a year now and am so thrilled to be a part of the 2007 Designer Girls. I think KMA is a wonderful place for inspiration and I hope that over the course of the next year I will be able to give back to a community that has already given me so much.
